Allen Zu

Allen is highly passionate about real estate and has a keen eye for construction science and architectural design. He brings to the team a solid technical background and is a hands-on manager who is heavily involved in all aspects of each project.

Allen started off investing and developing single family homes, after which he completed his DULE and BBRE from UBC. He then worked for the Canadian operations of an overseas real estate development company, assisting in acquisitions on major sites in Greater Vancouver. To date, he has accumulated experience managing a variety of projects ranging from commercial tenant improvements to low rise wood frame multi-family buildings.

Anthony Lo

With over three decades of industry experience including being the Senior Vice President of Keltic Canada Development (President and Director of its subsidiaries) and Director of UEM Sunrise Canada Development Ltd.,(By the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia), Anthony Lo is a development expert and a true asset to the organization. As Senior VP, he acts as chief strategist across all projects, providing essential guidance to every initiative.

Sassan Nikseresht

Sassan has been in the building industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining the team, Sassan was the Senior Construction Manager for Keltic Canada Development where he led construction operations with an emphasis on value-engineering, quality-control, and design-build projects.

Dominik Lichy

Dominik brings over a decade of invaluable experience stemming from working in the construction industry in various capacities, from being a general/specialty contractor to management in companies such as Axiom Builders and Century Group. As the site superintendent, he is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all of the site’s activities with a focus on safety and quality.

Tomas Kralik

Tommy brings a keen eye for safety while balancing important trade relationships onsite. Tommy is a hands on CSO, with a trades background in carpentry and framing. In addition to his safety related certifications, Tom also has heavy machinery certifications allowing him to assist with onsite operations as needed.
